Shipping Cut Off Times

ALL domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped the same business days from order date. Our order Cut off Time is 2:00PM EST during business days. For example if your order is placed on a Friday at

2:30PM EST your order will be shipped out the next business day. We will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

Expedited Shipping

When selecting Next Day Air, 2 Day, or 3 Day shipping options please take into factor of our 2:00PM EST order cut off time. For example if your order was placed Friday at 2:30PM EST and you selected the Next Day Air Shipping method. Your order will be shipped out the following business day. We will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. 

Safe and Discrete Shipping

We box all orders in discrete packaging. We believe that our customers' privacy is very important so we take that into consideration for every package we send out!

Different Billing & Shipping Address

Due to the heavy level of credit card fraud, and a concern for our customers credit protection, it is our policy to verify all orders with different shipping and billing addresses prior to shipping.

If you submit an order with a different billing and shipping address, please be advised that we must receive a completed Credit Card Authorization Form before we can send out any items. Please include a copy of the front and back of your Credit Card and photo ID with this signed form this information can be either emailed, texted, or faxed. If emailing please email documents to If you are faxing your documents please use Fax Number 888-943-3015. For Text please take pictures of all documents with your camera or smart phone and send pictures to 313-316-1756. (We will not use your number for any type of spam or marketing, it will just be used for this order. Please note that messaging and data rates may apply.)

Address Corrections

Additional charges may be applied if the delivery address you provide is incorrect. Please double check the address before submitting your order.

Delivery Failures

If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts and so on, we can still reship the item to you for an additional shipping charge.


14 Day Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return on all brand new, unused and undamaged products. HydroLight Online guarantees your satisfaction for all items ordered online, ordered by telephone, or purchased in our stores. As stated in our return policy, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and is responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items back to our store in Warren, MI. Items must arrive in brand new, sellable condition at our warehouse before and credit will be issued.

Please consider getting insurance on the package; if it arrives damaged or does not arrive at all,we will not issue credit. Items not returned in new condition will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

Credit Refund Time

You will receive a credit in the same payment method at the time of purchase. All refunds will be issued within 1 Business Day of receiving the item back in our warehouse located at 11478 Timken Ave, Warren, MI 48089.

Damaged Shipments

If your item was damaged during shipment please contact us at 888-943-3015 within 3 business days of receiving your order. Failure to contact us within this time frame will result in us not being able to assist you any further with the return, so check you packages carefully upon opening to be sure that no damage has occurred.

Limited Return

We cannot accept returns on items that could have been tampered with such as Nutrients.Manufactures that offer 100% money back refund are excluded from this policy.

Shipping Charges 

We charge a $3.99 handling charge on all purchases. This charge is to ensure that we ship your package in the safest way possible.

Warranty Information

All warranties are given by the product manufacturer, only. HydroLight Online accepts no responsibility or liability, expressed or otherwise for any manufacturer's warranty. If you have a warranty issue, HydroLight Online will facilitate the refund but we will not issue money or product until the manufacture credits HydroLight Online.
